Disney Parks Announces Terry Crews for Upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind Attraction
The highly anticipated debut of the Marvel-themed Walt Disney World attraction is quickly approaching, as Disney Parks announces Terry Crews to be a part of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
There are few MCU franchises that have been as successful or beloved as the James Gunn-helmed Guardians of the Galaxy.

Following a band of intergalactic bounty hunters, the franchise explores some of the most interesting characters from some of the most intriguing races and backgrounds to band together in an attempt to be something greater than the sum of their parts.
The franchise has had an indelible impact on the overarching Marvel Cinematic Universe, with the film stylistically growing to define the entire cosmic realm of the MCU and the humor of the series bleeding into the entire Marvel formula.

With its adoration from fans, Marvel has turned their focus on greater exploration and exposure of the series as one of its chief franchises, and one of those efforts has come in the form of a brand new theme part attraction coming to Epcot at Walt Disney World.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is quickly approaching, with an opening date in the next few months; and in anticipation of its long-awaited debut, Disney Parks has announced Terry Crews is working as a performer for the upcoming ride.

In a tweet released today, Disney Parks wrote that the veteran actor is “gearing up for his new role as Centurion Tal Marik, Commander of the Starcharter and close advisor to Nova Prime.”
The Tweet goes on to give some background to the role the beloved actor would be playing stating, “Marik must call on the Guardians because its ‘SAVE THE GALAXY TIME…again!'”

Alongside the caption, the tweet showcased an image of Terry Crews in full Tal Marik regalia in front of a green screen, fresh off of filming scenes likely to be included in the package that fans will find in the attraction’s queue.
We cannot wait to experience the iconic attraction for the first time, and are even more excited knowing Terry Crews will be a part of it!
Opening in 2022, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla, will be one of the largest fully enclosed roller coasters in the world.
