MCU Easter Egg Teases Presence of One Fan-Favorite Mutant
The most recent episode of She/ Hulk: Attorney at Law arrived and continued the fantastic debut of one of Marvel comics’ most beloved characters while also forwarding the endless expansion of the film universe, as the MCU teases the presence of one fan-favorite Mutant.
We are still only two weeks into the Marvel Cinematic debut of one of the publication’s greatest creations, and a character that firmly stands as one of the most unique heroes to ever debut within the pages of a Marvel comic.
The arrival of Jennifer Walters has been- first and foremost- defined by the conflict in what she gives her dedication, as she toils with balancing the passion and effort she has given to be the best lawyer that she can possibly be and the burdening responsibility of being a superhero.
What has made the series more unique than just about anything that the MCU has developed in recent years, however, is the very unique comedic tone of the character, and how that comedic charm manifests itself throughout.
One thing that clearly separates her from just about anyone is her fourth-wall-breaking ability that she has maintained throughout the source material, and has been adapted for her live-action debut; and that which allows her to poke fun at the MCU in ways most other properties just can’t.
In the most recent episode, however, it wasn’t something that the character said that pointed toward a massive moment for this Marvel Universe, but instead it was something that was shown to viewers in a very quick scene, as the MCU teased the presence of one fan-favorite mutant hero.
The moment in question is following Walter’s job search after being fired from the District Attorney’s office, with the screen quickly showing her computer screen, with one small tab showing a fantastic easter egg that points to a bigger picture for the Marvel Universe.
The Easter egg in question states, “Man fights with Metal claws in bar braw;,” which, as any Marvel fan would know, is an obvious callback to the beloved X-Men, Wolverine; so, could this be pointing to the character’s presence in the MCU already? Only time will tell…
