Mark Ruffalo Talks the Impending World War Hulk Movie
Since the start of the MCU, he has been one of the most popular characters, and with the potential continuation of his story coming in his very own protection, Hulk himself, Mark Ruffalo, has spoken about the potentially impending World War Hulk film.
There is no denying that The Incredible Hulk is among the most popular characters to ever arrive in the vast and evergrowing pantheon of Marvel heroes.
He has long been a beloved hero, and his violent and rampage-filled ways crashing against his desire to do and be the best person he can be have endeared him to readers through the dichotomy that makes him so interesting.
Since the first AVengesr movie, Mark Ruffalo has brilliantly portrayed the dichotomy on the big screen, and in the recent Disney+ series, She-Hulk, he brought that same kind of development to the role.
It was that appearance, however, that gave so many hints at a potential future for the hero in a much different light, and with fans clamoring to make those rumors a reality, Mark Ruffalo has recently commented on a potentially impending World War Hulk film.
Speaking to Variety, Ruffalo stated, “I don’t know. It certainly does suggest that. There have been some conversations about what happened in the two years where Hulk abandoned Banner and hte Avengers [on Sakar], and the emergence of Smart Hulk, which hasn’t ever fully been answered.”
“I think maybe we’ve given four sentences to that time person since then.” Ruffalo continued. “It’s really an interesting, exciting part of Hulk story and Banner story.”
Ruffalo added, “I do think that the trip to Sakaar is a good place to start and what that means to the idea of what the fans have been asking for this idea of Planet or World War Hulk or just the journey that Banner and Hulk have to make to come to peace with each other.”
Ruffalo concluded, “That’s really interesting to me, and I do feel like there is some interest in exploring that down the line.”
