Fans Have a New ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ Synopsis to Dissect
After months of waiting, Marvel finally released the first Avengers: Doomsday trailer, giving fans a preview of the multiversal madness awaiting them.
In the brief clip, we saw Thor bring the Fantastic Four to New Avengers Tower, Earth’s Mightiest Heroes square off with the X-Men, and Doctor Doom stop Stormbreaker with just two fingers.

In addition to receiving the first real look at Avengers: Doomsday, fans also got a new synopsis to dissect.
The New ‘Doomsday’ Synopsis
With Infinity Vision tickets for Avengers: Doomsday now on sale, Fandango has debuted a new logline for the film.
“Universes collide and the Multiverse Saga begins its final chapter in Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday. Beloved heroes from three distinct universes will be set on a deadly collision course and ultimately face an existential threat unlike anything they’ve ever encountered. This epic film will lay the foundation for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.”
The new synopsis essentially confirms what we have long suspected: that the universes of the Fantastic Four, the Fox X-Men, and the mainline Avengers will be in conflict.
