Complete HEROES AT HOME Collection To Be Released
Earlier this summer, Marvel started a series of comics detailing what its famous Super Heroes have been up to while staying safe at home. We are excited to share that weekly series – HEROES AT HOME– will be released as a complete book this December!
HEROES AT HOME
The coronavirus pandemic required Americans to stay home this summer. Many spent their time reading, exploring nature and even discovering new hobbies. Guess what? Marvel’s Super Heroes spent their time the exact same way!
The team at Marvel decided to kick off a series of digital comics and variant covers to detail what its famous Super Heroes were doing at home to lift fans’ spirits.
The comics, created by artist Gurihiru and writer Zeb Wells, were shared in July and August through Marvel’s Instagram account. The first of the series featured Peter Parker, a.k.a. Spider-Man, attempting to bake some croissants while tending to additional house chores.
Another comic features Wolverine, gazing longingly at a photo of the X-Men assembled together. With nothing better to do, he exposes his claws and makes a jigsaw puzzle from the image.
In Hulk’s HEROES AT HOME, we see the big green machine flexing his artistic muscles. As he sits drawing a portrait of himself, he overhears his neighbors staging an impromptu “thank you” parade for essential workers. He scrambles outside to express his own thanks, but mistakenly causes a bit of a hullaballoo.
Additional comics in the series feature Captain Marvel, Captain America and Black Panther.

We look forward to seeing how everyone’s “favorite Marvel characters have coped being cooped up with HEROES AT HOME!”
