The Facts
According to the article, Marvel Studios currently has ten streaming shows in various stages of development that have yet to be announced.
In order to manage the shows as they work their way through their respective developments, LLCs are created for each individual show. Because the LLCs are specifically created for certain shows, their names are often a winking reference to the show being produced.

One example is “Grass Fed Productions,” the LLC that handles Secret Invasion. This name is a reference to the Skrull Kill Krew, a reference to an obscure 90s Marvel Comics series that Marvel Blog True Believers will nevertheless already find to be familiar.
And another example is “Clover,” the working title for She-Hulk.

The reason that the speculation around the LLC in question has begun is that it is called “Richmond Street Productions.”

As observed by Miller’s article, this is the name of a street in New York City that is very close to Cypress Hills Cemetery, a location that served as the homebase for the Midnight Sons, and was the location of Danny Ketch’s introduction in Ghost Rider (1990) #1 by Howard Mackie, Javier Saltares, Mark Texeira, Gregory Wright, and Michael Heisler.

It’s worth pointing out that more than one character has carried the mantle of Ghost Rider, and we’ve seen some of them on screen!
In Ghost Rider (2007) and Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (2011), Nicolas Cage played Johnny Blaze.
